2.1 CHARGES AND CANCELLATIONS: The request of a test is a direct authorization by you to impose charges to your credit card or other forms of payment both for the test fees and or services charges pertaining to the site. After purchase has been made on site, we will not be able to refund the payment after process have begun. However, if you believe you’ve been wrongfully charged, you may request a refund
