2. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

All users must comply with the laws of Ghana and international best practices. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
a. Using a false name or identity, or impersonating another person.
b. Providing inaccurate, false, or incomplete information about yourself.
c. Reproducing, broadcasting, or circulating any content obtained through our services without prior written consent.
d. Engaging in any action or behavior that restricts or inhibits others from using or enjoying our services.
e. Using any device, software, or routine to interfere with the proper functioning of our services, or attempting to breach the security of our network or systems.
2.1 CHARGES AND CANCELLATIONS
By requesting a test or service, you authorize us to charge your credit card or other approved payment methods for applicable test fees and service charges.
Once a purchase has been processed, refunds cannot be issued after the service or test process has begun.
However, if you believe you have been wrongfully charged, you may submit a refund request for review.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All materials, content, and services on our platform are protected under the copyright laws of Ghana and applicable international laws.
All copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary rights belong to MedExprez or its third-party licensors.
You are not permitted to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, edit, modify, copy, sell, translate, adapt, disassemble, reverse-engineer, extract source code from, lease, or license any part of our services without prior written permission.
